Invitation to Bid for Project # 25-069 Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines (4th Quarter) - City Health Office.

1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the General Fund 2025intendstoapplythesumofTwo Million Two Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight and 98/100 Pesos Only (P 2,281,828.98)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for Project # 25-069 Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines (4th Quarter) - City Health Office. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) CD upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
