Invitation to Bid for Project # 25-065 Extension of Sanitary Landfill and Facilities - Brgy. Pandakaki, City of Tayabas
1)The City Government of Tayabas, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and Thirty-Seven Centavos (Php 9,999,691.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for Project # 25-065 Extension of Sanitary Landfill and Facilities - Brgy. Pandakaki, City of Tayabas.4 Completion of the Works is required within 260CD upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
