Invitation to Bid for Project # 25-033 Procurement of Weather Disturbance Monitoring Equipment (Disaster Response and Rescue Equipment) - DRRMO

1.The City Government of Tayabas, through the 5% DRRM FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 1,981,295.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project # 25-033 Procurement of Weather Disturbance Monitoring Equipment (Disaster Response and Rescue Equipment) - DRRMO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within ten (10) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
