1. The Department of Education-Agusan del Sur Division, intends to apply through the RO-13-24-0038, the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos (PhP. 5,885,226.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the aforesaid procurement projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
