The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES, through the INCOME FOR FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty Thousand Pesos (1,080,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Professional Services for the Architectural and Engineering Design Services of Four-Storey Academic Building (Academic Building IX). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
