Terms and Conditions for Professional Fee for Product Development Activity
1. Scope of Work
1.1 The service provider ("Consultant") shall perform product development activities as agreed upon with the
client ("Client").
1.2 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, research, design, prototyping, testing, and final
recommendations.

2. Professional Fee
2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a professional fee as compensation for the product development
services.
2.2 The total fee shall be outlined in the agreement and may be structured as a fixed price, hourly rate, or
milestone-based payments.
2.3 Any additional work beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to additional fees as mutually agreed in
writing.

3. Payment Terms
