Description : NRCP Invites PhilGEPS Registered Service Provider for the Production of Proceedings of the 2025 Annual Scientific Conference (ASC) and 92nd General Membership Assembly (GMA)
General Requirements:
1. Produce a print-ready layout of the 2025 ASC and '92nd GMA Proceedings checked for grammar, spelling and syntax; with list of all participants according to sex, NRCP membership and division, geographical distribution, affiliation and corresponding images 'and graphical representation;
2. Prepare Minutes of Business Meeting;
3. Two (2) study designs of cover, inside pages, and section headers for 2025 ASC and 92nd GMA final version approved by NRCP;
4. Provide a focal person or a project manager who will closely coordinate with NRCP 2025 ASC and 92nd GMA Publicity and Documentation Committee Chair, and who will handle the overall production of the materials.
