Description : Objectives: To be able to produce collaterals for the MIMAROPA Dive Safari that will be used by the dive participants and will also be used during the DEMA Show in November 2025. Must be able to practice sustainability, promote and support locally made products and highlight the province-s rich culture and heritage.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
The supplier should be able to provide the promotional collaterals with the following specifications:
A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
● Supplier must be in the production industry for at least one (1) year
● Must be capable in production of collaterals based on the required design and specifications
● Must provide complete actual sample of each item together with the submission of bid documents and quotation within the set deadline
● Amenable to send-bill arrangement/ government procedure
● Price quotation should be denominated in the Philippine Peso and inclusive of 12% VAT and all other applicable taxes and charges. Price validity shall be for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
