Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

1. The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) through its Bids and Award
Committee (BAC) invites service providers to submit quotations for its procurement of
services for the Production of 2025 Corporate Giveaways through Section 34 Small
Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
For further details, please see the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Pesos: Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight
Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen (Php998,816.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3. Interested service providers shall submit to the Chairperson, Bids and Awards
Committee the following documents at the Receiving Counter, 23rd Floor, BPI AIA Makati,
6811 Ayala Avenue, Makati City or thru bacsecretariat@philguarantee.gov.ph on or before
10:00 a.m. (PhST) of October 15, 2025:
