Procurement of Various Dental Supplies for Manila Health Department

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expenses CY 2025- Special Health Fund intends to apply the sum Two Million Seventy Thousand Forty Pesos Only (Php2,072,040.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Various Dental Supplies ITB No. 2025-04-83. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila Health Department. Delivery of Services is required by Sixty (60) calendar days per quarter upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
