Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY- 2026 FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM REGIONAL OFFICE DAVAO CITY.

1. The Department of Agrarian Reform, Regional Office thru General Appropriations Act for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR AND 11/100 PESOS (Php3,534,424.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for the period of twelve (12) months starting January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DAR Regional Office now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for:
