1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the 5% LDRRM Fund 2025- (LDRRMO- Disaster Preparedness- Procurement/Purchase of Personal Protective Equipments/Gears, Tools and Equipment) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 230,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment/Gears, Tools and Equipment with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0009 with the following specifications.
