Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THEPROCUREMENTOFIVFLUIDSANDOTHER
STERILE SOLUTIONS FOR USEOFVARIOUSHOSPITALSUNDERTHE
PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENTOFBOHOL
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND 40/100 ONLY (₱ 763,898.40) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
PROCUREMENT OF IV FLUIDS AND OTHER STERILE SOLUTIONS FOR USE
OF VARIOUS HOSPITALS UNDER THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF
BOHOL with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000787 REBIDDING. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
