1) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas, through the SARO-BMB-E-25-0013791 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Four Pesos and 06/100 (Php5,940,594.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for the Installation of 3 units Greenhouse with Drip Fertigation System (Solar Powered)/IB No. 2025-062 (AMV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
