1) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for the Construction of Modular Cold Storage Facility (Chiller) at San Carlos City, Negros Occidental/IB No. 2025-069 (AMV) to be constructed at Sitio Medina Brgy, Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Works for the Construction of Modular Cold Storage Facility (Chiller) at Sitio Medina Brgy, Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
