After Sales Support:
• With 24 hours x 7 days remote/helpdesk support, when needed
• With 8 hours x 5 days (Office Hours) onsite technical support, when needed
Warranty:
• At least one (1) year from final date of acceptance by the Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC) for parts and services
• Within seven (7) days outright replacement for the defective equipment
Other Requirements:
• The Supplier must submit a duly notarized certificate of authorized distributorship/resellership from the manufacturer or distributor/principal of the products being offered
• The Supplier must submit a duly notarized certificate of After Sales Support Warranty for all of the products being offered
• The Supplier must submit a Certificate of Undertaking that the offered products are not obsolete and/or End-of-Life
