Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION/S
Window Type Airconditioners to be set-up to three(3) faculty rooms for improving the ventilation to ease the high temperature and ensure a comfortable workplace.

Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI- Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

Supplier/Agency shall submit quotations on or before June 9, 2025, 1:30 PM to the BAC Secretariat, at Deogracias P. Princesa Memorial High School, Purok 3, Ranao-Ranao, Ligao City or through electronic mail.

QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH ELECTRONIC MAIL OR HARD COPY SHALL INCLUDE PROOF OF TRANSMITTAL OF THE ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY, INCLUDING THE MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, TO THE BAC SECRETARIAT WITHIN THE SAME CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME.
