INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Welfare Goods for Aid/Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation
1. The Municipality of Alabel, through the Annual Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 519,640.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2025-PBGOODS-03-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Alabel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
