1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Water Truck. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Procurement of Water Truck. Delivery is upon availability of unit including accessories stated on specification or maximum of Thirty days (30).
