Description : The Municipality of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an ALTERNATE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT for the Procurement of Water Pumps for Irrigation Support to Local Farmers of Municipality of San Isidro, in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Terms and Conditions shall be as follows:

1. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE TYPEWRITTEN OR WRITTEN ELIGIBLY READABLE.
2. DELIVERY PERIOD SHALL BE WITHIN (3-5) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF
APPROVED PURCHASE ORDER.
3. WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS FOR SUPPLIES AND
MATERIALS; ONE (1) YEAR FOR EQUIPMENT FROM DATE OF ACCEPTANCE BY
THE END-USER/ PROCURING ENTITY.
4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 120 CALENDAR DAYS.
