Description : 1. The Tabuelan Water District, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will conduct a Small Value
Procurement for the supply and delivery of PE pipes and fittings pursuant to Section 34 of the IRR of Republic
Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act)

2. The Tabuelan Water District (TAWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites eligible
suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of PE pipes and fittings.

Note: All material to be delivered must be of very good/ heavy duty/ dependable quality. Materials does not
conform with high quality standard specification will be rejected outright.

The items are as follows:

3 rolls HDPE pipe 20mm dia. x 300m, PE 100, SDR 9
2 rolls HDPE pipe 25mm dia. x 150m, PE 100, SDR 9
2 rolls HDPE pipe 32mm dia. x 100m, PE 100, SDR 9
