Description : 1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Region X, through the Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS (Php13,266,324.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for The Procurement of Warehouse Handling Services for Grains of NFA-Region X for the Period November 1 to December 31, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NFA-Region X now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed at least two (2) similar contracts. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
