1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Region VIII, through its Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE PESOS AND 36/100 ( PHP 28,375,389.36), being the Approved Budget of the Contract(ABC), inclusive of VAT and Social Benefits (Pag-ibig, PHILHEALTH, SSS Contributions,) other taxes and levies, to payments under the contract for Warehouse Handling (and Allied) Services for Grains for NFA Region VIII for the period April 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
