Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

PROCUREMENT OF VETERINARY PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES FOR ANIMAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Procurement of Veterinary Products and Supplies for Animal Health Care Program, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.

2. The Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos (P 299,940.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Veterinary Products and Supplies for Animal Health Care Program, PB-2509-047. RFQ received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
