Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (₱ 329,790.00).
2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of tax obligation.
3. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on “per item basis”.
4. Delivery Period is Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of P.O.
5. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within five (5) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance, and upon receipt of Statement of Account.

6. Refusal to accept an award may be ground for imposition of Suspension under Rule XXI of the IRR of RA 12009.
