Accommodate at least 4,500 seated participants, with flexibility for larger audiences depending on the setup.
Be suitable for conventions, assemblies, and public gatherings, with provision for stage installation, sound system, and lighting equipment.
Have multiple entry and exit points for smooth ingress and egress of participants.
Be located in a central and highly accessible area of the city, close to transport hubs, commercial establishments, and accommodations.
Provide options for auxiliary facilities such as holding rooms, storage, and catering access.
