Description : The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Sultan Kudarat Provincial Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested service providers to submit quotations for the procurement of venue, food, and accommodation within Isulan or Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, for the 3rd Quarter 2025 activities of the RAPID Growth Project PCU Sultan Kudarat. This procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Lease of Real Property and Venue under Section 53.10 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

The project covers five lots: Training in Sensory, Olfactory and Introduction to Robusta Coffee Cupping Essentials; Training on Barista, Brewing and Coffee-Based Product Preparation; Training on Coffee Green Bean Grading and Technical Roasting for Coffee FOs and MSMEs engaged in Roasting Coffee; YEP for Youth Beneficiaries of RAPID Growth Project; and Cascading Training for Youth Farmer Leaders.
