Description : Board and lodging are required for the conduct of the “DARCO-Mindanao Affairs Office (OMA) Extensive Training Program for the DAR HALAL Food Industry Development (HaFID) Project” from April 21-25, 2025. The event will take place within the CALABARZON region.

The venue and accommodation should be able to accommodate 43 guests, and the following requirements are outlined:

Food Requirements: Halal-certified food will be provided, including a buffet or assisted buffet breakfast, an AM snack, lunch, a PM snack, and dinner.

Room Accommodations: The accommodation options will include Twin-Sharing Rooms (with two single beds) and Triple-Sharing Rooms (with three single beds). The actual number of rooms, the headcount, the number of nights, and the room types may change but will remain within the approved budget for the contract. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be accommodated upon request.
