1. The DepEd Schools Division of Eastern Samar, through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1,648,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VENUE, ACCOMODATION AND FOOD FOR THE CONDUCT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REGIONAL MASS TRAINING OF TEACHERS ON THE WBL-BYOB PROGRAM - BATCH 3 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepEd Schools Division of Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
