2. Must be flexible to the unexpected itinerary
3. The vehicle year model must be at least 2018
4. Fully airconditioned, vehicle interior must be in esteemed condition
5. Inclusive of driver meals and accommodation, fuel, toll fee (if any), parking fees and other fees that may apply
6. Service Provider must issue letter at least 7 days before travel date with the following details: Name of driver, Driver's License, plate number of vehicle, insurance of vehicle
7. Service Provider shall coordinate with end-user at least 7 days before travel date
