Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE PARTS/
ACCESSORIES FOR STOCKING FOR USE OF BOHOL PROVINCIAL
MOTORPOOL OFFICE
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY (₱ 912,790.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE
PARTS/ ACCESSORIES FOR STOCKING FOR USE OF BOHOL PROVINCIAL
MOTORPOOL OFFICE with Procurement Reference No. G-2025-0038 Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) DAYS after receipt of the Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an
amount of at least TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the
