Procurement of Vehicle for the
DILG Regional Office XIII - Caraga Region

1. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office XIII - Caraga Region, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for The Procurement of Vehicle for the DILG Regional Office XIII - Caraga Region, with project number 2025-03-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DILG Regional Office XIII - Caraga Region now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery, testing and inspection shall be delivered within sixty (60) calendar days.
