  Procurement of VARIOUS VEHICLES for the use of Provincial Government of Davao Oriental
  SOURCE OF FUND: LBP LOAN
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php6,341,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Procurement of VARIOUS VEHICLES for the use of Provincial Government of Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of VARIOUS VEHICLES for the use of Provincial Government of Davao Oriental.
