1. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2025 approved by the governing Board (INCOME/STF), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX PESOS & 55/100 (Php 1,632,466.55), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS TEXTBOOKS AND REFERENCES FOR THE LIBRARIES OF ALIJIS, FORTUNE TOWNE AND TALISAY CAMPUSES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
