1) The West Visayas State University, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php34,430,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
