The Department of Education, Division of Rizal-Boor Barrio School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement through Shopping in accordance with Section 52.1(b) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, or the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).
