Description : PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR PAILAW AND CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through Pailaw 2025 (Fund Augmented Thru Unimplemented Programs for FY 2025) and as per Authority for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR PAILAW AND CHRISTMAS BAZAAR intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 224,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR PAILAW AND CHRISTMAS BAZAAR”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the “PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES FOR PAILAW AND CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is required for a contract duration of 10 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
