INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Various Sports Equipment/Material
1. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply
the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Twenty Six Six Hundred Fifty Five Pesos only
(P9,926,655.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PB-G-2025-02-0286
Procurement of Various Sports Equipment/Material. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Misamis Occidental thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders
should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
