Tender are invited for PRocurement of Various Sports Equipment @ DepEd, Tabuk City

Description : Prospective bidders must have a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the Project. The value of the SLCC, adjusted to current prices using the PSA-s Consumer Price Index (CPI), must be at least equivalent to the following:

a. For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies and Services, the bidder must have completed a single contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
b. For the procurement of Expendable Supplies, the bidder must have completed a single contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria in the eligibility screening and the preliminary examination of bids. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) will be conducted thereafter.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the BAC Conference Room, City Administrator-s Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
