1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the 5% CDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 956,870.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR THE UTILIZATION OF THE ALAMINOS RESPONSE TEAM (ART), CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
