INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS RADIOLOGIC/IMAGING EQUIPMENT
IB NO. 2025-08-26 (36)

1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Health Facilities Enhancement Program - Continuing Appropriations (HFEP-CONAP) under Sub-Allotment No. 25-07-0652 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Million Pesos (PHP 132,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Radiologic/Imaging Equipment under IB No. 2025-08-26 (36). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements.
