INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS PROSTHESES AND ORTHOSES FOR CY 2025 UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Six Hundred Six Thousand Pesos (Php 29,606,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025-007 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar year 2025 after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
