Description : Dear Sir/Madam:

The Philippine National Railways (“PNR”) Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested suppliers to submit their price quotation for the “Procurement of Various Printer Ink for PNR”. The Alternative Method of Procurement of Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 shall be employed.
