Procurement of Various Office Supplies for the Manila Health Department, Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau and Manila Department of Social Welfare

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Office Supplies Expenses and Trust Fund (OVR 25% 2-01-01-020-OVR 25%) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Two Pesos Only (Php3,893,962.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Various Office Supplies ITB No. 2025-03-54. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila Health Department, Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau and Manila Department of Social Welfare. Delivery of Services is required by Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
