Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Various Office Productivity Equipment
(ITB 2025-02-003)

1. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Twelve Pesos Only (₱3,512,000.00) for LOT No. 1 - Computing Equipment (ITB 2025-02-003-A), Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Pesos Only (₱377,000.00) for LOT No. 2 - Printing Equipment (ITB 2025-02-003-B), Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱860,000.00) for LOT No. 3 - Audio-Visual Equipment and One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱100,000.00) for LOT No. 4 - Scanning Equipment being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
