1. The West Visayas State University, through the Special Trust Fund 2025, Special Trust Fund (Unexpended Balances of 2024) and GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php2,874,850.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Office Equipment for Various Offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC of per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
