1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV, through the NSCV Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php2,367,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various NSCV Software and Licenses. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV now invites bids for Procurement of Various NSCV Software and Licenses. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
