The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the General Fund and Special Purpose Appropriation intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Forty-Three Pesos (Php 1,524,043.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES OF THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
