PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS STOCKPILING
(ITB No. 2026-03-02)
The Barangay Government of Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City, through the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) / Annual Budget CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Medicines for Disaster Preparedness Stockpiling. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of Gun-ob now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
