PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR INVASIVE CARDIOLOGY UNDER SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, using a Single-Year Framework Agreement through the GOP intends to apply the sum of Forty-Three Million Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php 43,319,112.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. BAC IV 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Medical Supplies for Invasive Cardiology Under Single Year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required on the date/s specified in the Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
